Bassline, Bashment and Beyond…

Each year at AMP Lost & Found we pride ourselves in bringing you an incredibly diverse lineup with genres across all ends of the musical spectrum. It’s not all about house and techno you know… So check out some of the BIG names we have joining us in Malta next May.

Lotto Boyzz

Birmingham born Lotto Boyzz aka Ash and Lucas, have quickly catapulted to success with their self-coined ‘Afrobbean’ sound. Having met through their local youth club, Lotto Boyzz quickly realised they shared the same passion for music, with their influences ranging from Bob Marley, Drake, Skepta, Ed Sheeran and Michael Jackson. Their breakthrough single ‘No Don’ quickly caught the attention of some industry heavy hitters such as Fetty Wap, Chip, Wretch 32 and many more. Having toured with AMP Lost & Found headliner J Hus and describing their live shows as an ‘absolutely unforgettable shutdown’, we’re certainly in for a treat when we welcome them to Malta next summer. Check out ‘No Don’ below.

Dub Phizix & Strategy

Standing firmly at the forefront of Drum & Bass culture, Mancunian duo George and Johnny are best known for their onstage names Dub Phizix & Strategy. With their music obsession beginning over 20 years ago, the duo shook the UK Bass scene with their track ‘Marka’ a few years back. Dub Phizix is one of the most prolific bass producers in the game, his FabricLive94 Mix had widespread critical acclaim, whilst also releasing on some immensely prolific labels such as Exit, Soul:R, Critical, Commercial Suicide and many more. Then we have MC Strategy, a major player in the UK Hip-Hop scene, he has both performed and received major props from the likes of Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, The Wu Tang Clan and many more. His ability to freestyle has also earned him great success. Dub Phizix and Strategy have played gigs across the globe, from Parklife, Detonate, Outlook, Cross Festival and many more, we’re definitely going to need a new sound system after this pair take to our stage next year.

Ms Banks

Ms Banks began rapping age eleven, after being heavily influenced by Lil Kim, Ms Dynamite and Lisa Maffia. Her sound is described as raw, energetic and has certainly caught the attention of some big names, collaborating with Stefflon Don, JME and Stormzy whilst U.S Hip Hop Veteran Nick Minaj quoted Banks’ lyrics recently.  Her ‘Fire In The Booth’ freestyle caused waves as she rapped over Kanye West’s ‘30 Hours’. Things are only getting bigger and better for Ms Banks, with appearances on NTS Radio, BBC Radio 1, Revolt TV and many more. Ms Banks is for sure one to keep an eye on in the run up to AMP Lost & Found in May. Check out smash single ‘Day Ones’.

The uncrowned Kings of UK Garage, 3 immensely successful DJ’s in their own right Timmi Magic, Mikee B and DJ Spoony came together in the mid 90s after meeting on a radio station. Using their leverage within the music industry, the Dreem Teem built the UK Garage genre up into a powerful, established scene that continues to provide a vehicle for new and established artistes alike. The trio have hosted shows on KISS FM, BBC Radio 1 and many more, with guests ranging from So Solid Crew, Ms Dynamite and many more. Alongside releases with The Artful Dodger, Neneh Cherry and more.
