What are the festival dates?

The festival starts on Thursday 3rd May. The last main festival day is Sunday the 6th of May; the event will run into the morning of the 7th May at around 4am.

What are the festival times?

There are festival events running from each afternoon until the early hours of the next day. Full details of the programme and times will be released in advance of the festival. Keep an eye out for emails and Facebook updates. To not miss a thing, sign up to the mailing list at the bottom of this page!

Where can I find full set-times?

We’ll keep the website updated with all line up announcements and day by day breakdowns will be available before you travel with full set times in the programme. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter.

Can I go in and out of the festival site every night?

Yes, with your wristband you can go to and from the festival site and in to each venue as much as you like.

What happens if I lose my wristband?

Wristbands will only be issued once and broken / lost wristbands will not be replaced. Please look after them!

How much are tickets?

What's included in my festival ticket?

Your festival ticket gets you into the huge welcome party, pool parties, day time parties and night-time events.

How can I change my address?

Please contact your ticket provider directly. This must be done 4 weeks prior to the event.

How can I change my booking email?

Please contact your ticket provider directly. If you require us to re-send your ticket(s), please send an e-mail to [email protected] including your Order ID and we can assist.

Can I sell my ticket?

Unfortunately all tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.

Can I use tickets bought with my old/lost card?

Bring your new card & some ID with you and a letter / bill that matches your account’s address and you will be fine.

What age do I have to be?

AMP Lost & Found is an 18+ only event and you will need ID to prove your age to guarantee entry.

What do I need to bring to guarantee entry?

Please bring your ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with and valid photo ID.

What constitutes valid Photo I.D.?

An in date photographic form of identification, i.e. a passport or driving licence, is acceptable.

Boat Parties - Info

For a truly unforgettable festival experience, we have a host of extra festival treats for you! Have you ever wanted to rave in a 500 year old Castle or party in the Mediterranean Sea…?

You’ll be able to catch your favourite DJ performing a very special set in the Mediterranean Sea! Boat party tickets can be purchased as an optional extra.

Please arrive 60 minutes before your boat sets sail.

Castle Raves - Info

Castle Raves take place at a secret Maltese castle location, with a picturesque view over the island. Tickets can be purchased as an optional extra in addition to your festival wristband. Your castle rave ticket includes return transport to the venue, departing from Café del Mar.

Where should I stay?

Visit our travel partners Choice Holidays, who offer a range of hotels to suit all budgets. Our recommended hotels are located within walking distance of Qawra and Buggiba in the St Paul’s bay area and are close to the official festival shuttle pick up point. Cafe Del Mar hosts the official AMP Lost & Found Pool parties. Choice Holidays have rooms across the island, but these areas will be most convenient and nearest to the action!

I've Booked An Apartment Away From Cafe Del Mar. How Should I Get There?

If you’re located elsewhere across the island and would like information about how to get to the festival site then we’d recommend using taxis to get there as public transport doesn’t run regularly to the area. Use Cafe Del Mar as your point of reference, as all festival shuttles depart from here.

Can you camp at AMP Lost & Found?

Camping is not available on site. However we have a range of accommodation including fantastic deals on apartments and hotels. Book through out official travel partner Choice Holidays.

How should I resolve an issue at my hotel?

We will have an English speaking team available and we’ll provide an emergency contact number should you need to speak to anyone to help with any issues you may have in Malta.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Times for individual hotels/apartments vary, and can be found out by contacting Choice Holidays or your accommodation directly.

How can I safely store belongings?

Most of the hotel rooms come with safety deposit boxes in the rooms although some do require a nominal fee for their use. More information is available on safety deposit boxes at individual hotels when booking.

What are my flight options to Malta?

Malta has great connections, with all major UK airports flying directly into Malta having up to 20 direct flights a day from the UK as well as many more indirect options travelling via mainland Europe – these can all be booked with our travel provider, Choice Holidays.

Which airport should I fly into?

Malta has one airport, Malta International. Choice Holidays fly direct to the airport from across the UK and many mainland European destinations.

What is the festival shuttle route?

Festival Shuttles depart from Cafe Del Mar and head directly to the pick up / drop off points at the festival site, before returning to Cafe Del Mar

How does the festival shuttle wristband work?

Once you’ve purchased your Festival Shuttle ticket, you will just need to collect your wristband when you arrive in the Qawra and Buggiba area. We’ll send full information about where and when you can collect this in our information pack. Your wristband entitles you to travel on all festival shuttles to and from the nighttime festival site.

How do I buy a festival shuttle ticket?

How do I book an airport transfer?

Simply visit our travel provider Choice Holidays and enter the date you wish to book an airport transfer and your flight number. Please note that airport transfers are only available to those who have booked accommodation through Choice Holiday’s booking platform.

Are there regular buses from the airport to St Paul's?

You would need to catch two buses, one to Valetta and then on to Qawra and Buggiba in St Paul’s Bay. We’d recommend using Choice Holiday’s airport transfer service.

How will I know when the transport will pick me up for our return flight home?

You will be pre-advised by Choice Holidays who will leave you a “YOUR FLIGHT HOME” letter at your accommodation 48hrs before departure with the details and time of your pickup for your return journey home.

Where will my airport transfer pick me up?

All of our airport transfers pick up from outside the arrivals terminal transporting you directly to your hotel. A representative holding a sign for Choice Holidays will be waiting for you to escort you to your transfer.

Transfers back to the airport pick you up from your hotel around 3 hours before your flight departs. Full details will be sent to you in advance of your travel.

How far is the airport from the hotels?

Malta International Airport is located around 17km or a 35 minute drive from Qawra and Buggiba.

What details are required to book the right airport shuttle?

We require the flight numbers which correspond to your flights in and out of Malta.

What is the AMP Lost & Found shuttle bus?

The festival shuttle bus is an unlimited shuttle bus service which runs from Cafe Del Mar to the festival site and back.

What is the festival shuttle route?

Festival Shuttles depart from Cafe Del Mar and head directly to the pick up / drop off points at the festival site, before returning to Cafe Del Mar.

When does the festival shuttle operate?

The shuttle runs on a continuous loop, we will be launching our AMP Lost & Found Info Pack with the outlined operating times, closer to the festival.

Do I need a festival shuttle pass?

The festival shuttle is the easiest and cheapest way to get around the festival. Cafe Del Mar (where the pool parties take place)  is within walking distance of the hotels and apartments located in St Paul’s Bay, however the main festival arena is located a short drive from Cafe Del Mar. Therefore you will need transport to get to the main festival site. Taxis will be available, but these are sometimes costly and are not as frequent. The shuttle service will save you time, money and hassle!

Who is playing in the daytime?

Keep your eyes peeled as we’ll be revealing the line-ups for our day parties nearer the time of the festival.

How much do the pool parties cost?

All pool parties are included in the festival ticket.

When and where are the pool parties?

All pool parties take place at Café Del Mar – opening times, set times and full line-ups will be announced soon.

How hot is it in Malta?

The average temperature on the island is 20 degrees in May, so should be perfect weather! We still advise you to bring a jacket for the night time.

Where are the best areas to stay?

There are a number of other towns across the island, however the festival shuttle service will only depart from Bugibba/St Paul’s – we would therefore recommend being as close to this part of the island as possible.

Where is the festival site?

The festival is located about 11km from St Paul’s Bay, where we recommend staying for Lost & Found.

Can we walk from St Paul's to the festival?

We wouldn’t recommend attempting to walk to the festival. There will be a festival shuttle service in operation from Cafe del Mar to and from the festival site each evening.

What is the time difference?

Malta is one hour ahead of the UK (GMT) – midday in Malta is 11am in the UK.

Are there cash machines on site?

There are cash machines across the island of Malta where you can withdraw Euros as well as Bureaux de Change in some hotels.

What currency do I need to bring?

The official Maltese currency is the Euro, which can be bought easily at the bank, the post office or at the airport.

How much will it cost to use my phone?

Since 2014 the cost of data roaming and calls while in the EU has been reduced quite considerably, and this is also due to be reduced further late in 2016. EE, O2 and Vodafone all offer bolt-ons which will allow you reduced rates or unlimited usage while abroad or if you’re part of Three then you can use your UK allowances at no extra cost. Be sure to double-check your provider’s tariffs, especially when it comes to data – if your contract does not include free international data be sure to turn off Data Roaming on your phone before you land in Malta.

Will there be WiFi available?

We’re working with hotel providers to ensure that WiFi is available in communal areas, but we cannot guarantee WiFi access in all accommodation.
