Same Places, New Faces…

This year we’ve invited number of artists to make their AMP Lost & Found (and Malta) debuts. Check out the new faces whose sets you should definitely catch next May…

Peggy Gou

Peggy Gou is a name that’s been on everyone’s lips for the past 18 months. Drawing influences from her time living in Berlin, London and Seoul, the South Korean producer combines an effortlessly cool persona, killer style and incredibly diverse selection which can see her take you from pulsing Techno, to Detroit House, Disco and beyond within her sets. A firm favourite of Jackmaster’s, Gou has quickly climbed her way to become one of the most respected DJs in the industry. If you haven’t already, check out Gou Talk and be prepared to have this song on repeat for the foreseeable future…

Mall Grab

Mall Grab’s lo-fi jams have made serious waves over the past year and his exultantly fun sets make him a must see selector, he constantly vibes off the crowd, combining house rhythms, jazz textures and even R&B slow jam edits, you can be sure you’ll be fulfilled from start to finish with a Mall Grab set.  Like we weren’t excited enough for Malta next summer, ‘Pool Party Music’ is exactly the tune to get you in the mood for Café del Mar sunsets…

Mabel

Daughter of grammy nominated Neneh Cherry, Mabel McVey’s soulful sound has caught the ears of Skepta, Drake, Stormzy, AJ Tracey and more. ‘Thinking Of You’ was declared The Guardians ‘Song Of The Summer’ and ‘Finders Keepers’ has over 11 million views on YouTube. Penning her songs about love, broken relationships and female empowerment, Mabel is a driving force for females across the globe. Listen to ‘Thinking of You’ below.

Shanti Celeste

Chilean born, UK raised Shanti Celeste, best known for driving dusty house and deep, dark techno. After her first rave at the age of 15, Celeste has had a slew of releases on Secretsundaze, Future Times, Idle Hands and more. Not afraid of her own self-criticism, Shanti Celeste delves into corners of production that most DJs do not, which has resulted in her success as both a producer and selector. Having played for Boiler Room and The Warehouse Project, we can’t wait to welcome her to Malta next May. Check out ‘My Own’, the perfect song for a sunny summer’s day in Malta…
